"Simple, straightforward. I inquired about an Explorer, asked about features and pricing, and was provided with answers, a test drive and an explanation of option packages and related costs. Very good. Salesperson provided the information I needed to make a decision without encouraging me to look at or consider anything I didn't want. Friendly, informative, I am a 'larger driver,' 6' 6" and 235 pounds. I need space for myself and appreciate the room for additional passengers. I also liked the combination of power and fuel economy. We worked to a price that was acceptable and considered the options of financing versus rebates. We chose the rebates that were most beneficial considering the financing balance we chose to establish. I felt the salesperson was most helpful in this part of the purchasing experience."
